One of the rants he posted the other day came about after someone took his report of "we hold an interest in player A" as gospel that we were going to sign him, and decided to issue threats when it turned out the player was going elsewhere.
Yes people on twitter, in the public eye etc are going to receive abuse at times, but it sounded like it was getting ridiculous. I'm sure some people just decide to make someone else's life a misery for the sake of it.

While I certainly wouldn't want to receive them, Twitter "death threats" are hardly threats of death, are they? It's just internet twats scweaming the meanest words they know.
I can never remember - was he often right, or was he the same as all the others and just a speculator that won't allow himself to be proved wrong?

This is good news for the club. Whilst his reveals and 'ITK' knowledge was good for us fans, it didnt benefit the club at all, partcularly in the transfer market.
None of that excuses the abuse on twitter though, some people are just scumbags from the safety of behind a screen.

personally I preferred knowing a bit but between this and the board and their family not talking to anyone this summer (including ex which may be part of why he's quit)
We should be back to knowing absolutely nothing about transfers till they happen
